I am a Chartered Accountant with 25 years of experience across businesses from startup to £300M revenue. I have guided multiple multi-million pound exits, sat inside board dynamics, and personally scaled a 40-person company by 433%.

I am a certified practitioner in advanced energy work, Clear Energy Therapy. I have spent years studying why highly capable people hit ceilings that have nothing to do with their skills or strategy, and developing precise methods to shift those patterns at the level where they actually live.

The combination matters. You are not working with someone who will hand you a framework or ask how that makes you feel. You are working with someone who can read both the numbers and what is running under them. Who understands the specific texture of decisions made at the top. Who can hold a strategy conversation and then do the deeper work that makes the strategy executable.

One private day. Just you and I. Everything changes.

What the day is

We meet at Grantley Hall, one of England's finest five-star estates in North Yorkshire. The day is entirely private and entirely yours.

The morning is diagnostic. We go through everything that is currently running: the decisions you are circling, the patterns you recognise in yourself, the version of yourself you are moving towards and what is in the way. This is part strategic audit, part something more precise. You will leave the morning knowing exactly what is actually happening and why.

We break for lunch. Michelin-starred kitchen, full service, no agenda. The integration time is part of the work.

The afternoon is the clearing. Based entirely on what surfaced in the morning, we work through the specific patterns, beliefs, and wiring that are currently running your decisions and your sense of self. This is not talk therapy. It is precise, targeted work that operates at the level where these things actually live. Most people describe the afternoon as unlike anything they have experienced before.

We close with a strategic debrief. What shifts now. What you are likely to notice over the following weeks. What to do with the space that has been created.

What you take away

Within the week following the day, you receive two or three bespoke audio sessions. These are built specifically from what surfaced on the day, using your exact language and the precise patterns we identified. They are yours to return to as the work continues to settle.

This is not a recording of a generic session. It is made for you, about you, from the day we spent together.

The practicalities

The day runs approximately ten until five, including lunch.

All sessions are conducted under a mutual NDA signed before we exchange any substantive information. Our work together is never publicly disclosed.

Investment is discussed privately and confirmed before we proceed.

For clients where ongoing work makes sense following the day, a monthly arrangement is available. This is discussed in the room, not on the website.
